If you are canceling your website service and would like to request an export of your website, you may submit a Website Export Request before your website is permanently deleted.

All website export requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee that an export will be approved, provided, or fully completed.

Website Export Service Fee

A one-time $49.99 USD website export service fee applies to each export request.

The export service fee is non-refundable regardless of whether the request is approved, denied, or only partially fulfilled.

The fee covers the review, preparation, and delivery of website content, files, and data that we determine are eligible for export. Payment of the fee does not guarantee that an export will be provided or that the export will contain all website content, files, or data.

The export service fee is separate from any outstanding account balance, subscription charges, or other applicable cancellation fees.

Eligibility Requirements

To submit a website export request, your account must be in good standing.

This means your account must be:

Paid in full
Free of any outstanding balance
Not suspended
Not subject to an unresolved Terms of Service violation

We reserve the right to decline an export request if these requirements are not satisfied.

How to Request an Export

To request a website export:

Complete the Website Export Request Form before your website is permanently deleted.
Provide the information requested on the form.
Review and acknowledge the applicable export terms and service fee.
Submit the request and applicable payment.
Our team will review the request and determine whether it is approved.
If approved, we will prepare and provide the export to the extent we determine the applicable website content, files, and data are eligible for export.

Submitting a request or paying the export service fee does not guarantee approval or fulfillment of the request.

When Should I Request My Export?

We strongly recommend submitting your export request before completing your cancellation or before your website is scheduled for deletion.

Once a website or account has been permanently deleted, we may no longer have the files or data necessary to prepare an export. Requests submitted after permanent deletion may not be possible and are not guaranteed.

Export Limitations

We do not warrant or guarantee that any website export will be complete.

Certain content, files, data, functionality, or other components may be excluded due to:

Technical limitations
Platform limitations
Third-party restrictions
Licensing requirements
Proprietary technology
Security considerations
Other circumstances that prevent or limit export

An exported website may not function identically when hosted on another provider or platform.

Software, Source Code, and Platform Assets

The export service provides eligible website content, files, and data only.

Payment of the export service fee does not transfer ownership of, or grant a guaranteed right to receive, the underlying software, source code, proprietary systems, platform technology, or other platform-specific assets used to operate your website.

Where applicable, certain components required to operate your website may remain proprietary to [Legal Name] or third-party providers and may not be included in an export.

Third-Party Assets and Licenses

An export does not transfer ownership or licensing rights for third-party assets or services.

For example, if your website uses licensed third-party assets such as Font Awesome Pro icons, the export does not transfer our third-party license to you or provide you with a separate license to use those assets for other websites, projects, or services.

You are responsible for obtaining any licenses, subscriptions, permissions, or other rights required to continue using third-party assets after moving your website to another provider.

Migration and Installation Are Not Included

The website export service does not include migration, installation, configuration, customization, troubleshooting, or technical support for deploying the exported website on another hosting provider or platform unless separately agreed upon in writing.

You are responsible for coordinating the transfer, installation, configuration, compatibility, and ongoing operation of the website with your new provider.

By submitting a website export request, you acknowledge and agree that:
